1. Overview

I redesigned and optimized Skytech Gaming’s digital ecosystem, transforming a fragmented brand presence into a cohesive, performance-driven experience. Refined visual direction and structured UX architecture. Led the design of new landing pages, ad campaigns, and email flows to unify brand identity across channels. Established consistent design systems for social media, packaging, and internal materials, reinforcing clarity and creative alignment. Enhanced mobile usability, shortened the customer journey, and strengthened the company’s visual language across marketing and web.

2. Problem

Skytech Gaming lacked a unified digital direction following the departure of its in-house web developer. Multiple employees made unsupervised edits to the website, creating structural inconsistencies and a disjointed user experience. Campaigns across email, social, and paid media lacked cohesive branding, resulting in fragmented visuals and weakened brand equity. The customer journey on the existing website was lengthy and unclear, reducing engagement and conversion efficiency. The brand needed centralized design leadership to rebuild clarity, consistency, and performance across all digital touchpoints.

3. Process

The process began with a full evaluation of Skytech Gaming’s digital presence, including its website, static ad campaigns, and internal design assets. Each system was rebuilt under a unified design framework emphasizing clarity, structure, and brand continuity. The visual direction was standardized through refined color usage, modern typography, and consistent layout systems to reinforce brand equity across all platforms. Campaign and email assets were redesigned for visual harmony and message cohesion, creating stronger recognition in social and paid channels. The upcoming 2026 website redesign was structured for mobile-first performance, simplified navigation, and faster customer decision-making. Technical improvements included SEO-optimized pages, a clear heading hierarchy, and a cleaner, conversion-focused eCommerce interface. Collectively, these changes established a cohesive identity that balanced performance and storytelling across Skytech’s marketing ecosystem.
